In 1977, these words introduced audiences to an epic tale of good versus evil set in a strange new universe. The movie Star Wars captured the imaginations of countless young people all over the world. It possessed a unique blend of science fiction, action, and comedy inspired by both the westerns and science fiction of the time. George Lucas, the creator of the saga, continued the tradition with the second movie, The Empire Strikes back, and the final movie, The Return of the Jedi. Now, he has added to the collection with his prequels, the second of which was recently released. These movies, and the universe they've created, have become a part of many people's lives, including mine.

This site is intended as a tribute to the Star Wars saga, as well as a reference to the Star Wars universe.
