To use Commodore 64 games and software on a modern PC, you need what's called an "emulator", a program that simulates the C64 operating system in Windows.

There are several emulators on the Internet for the Commodore 64, but I've listed the two best below. Each one should come with its own documentation. If you want to know how to use it, read the instructions.
